I’m all about minimal ingredients not only for easy digestion, but it also saves you money! Can I get an “amen!” to saving some cash? I also find it fun and challenging to see what I can create with the least of ingredients….let’s just say this one is going in the books and will be made regularly.
The star in this recipe is NuttZo’s Organic Paleo Chocolate 7 Seed & Nut Butter.
Since it already contains chocolate (cacao, coconut sugar, cacao butter) you don’t need anything else but eggs and baking soda! Really….it works!

You are a genius B!!!! XOXO Sundara
I want to make this, but I wanted to add more protein to it. I somehow always manage to mess recipes up haha sooo since you’re a genius baker and know what works, if I were to add VP collagen or a protein powder, how much could I add? Would I have to add more eggs/anything as well? Thank you 🙂
Collagen won’t do anything so feel free to add 2 scoops! 🙂
Should I beat whole eggs or just the egg white?
whole eggs
How long would it last? Would you store it in the fridge?
I suggest storing in the freezer.
This looks great!! But I have a question, the ingredients list baking soda but the directions say baking powder, which is it? Thank you!!
oh my goodness haha you are so right! I will change it now. My mind must have been in lala land! lol It’s baking soda.
