2 cups blanched almond flour
2 scoops Vital Proteins bone broth (chicken or beef will work)

1. Whip with a stand or hand electric mixer eggs and baking soda until peaks form. Add almond flour and bone broth and continue mixing 1 minute.
2. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake @ 350 for 20-25 min.
Hope you enjoy these as much as I did! I’d love to hear your thoughts on Instagram! @lilsipper
I have only have Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides on hand. Would that work as a substitute for the bone broth powder?
So excited to try! Do you think this same recipe could work in a bread tin?
I want to venture out and try something of yours. I’m nervous. I’ve always been plain Jane in the kitchen Bc hubs likes his “mother’s comfort food” ugh. I understand holidays and family recipes but it could easily be 365 days IF I let it. Any advice luvey? I want to follow your blog… looking for it. I do look for you daily. Do you realize how much of your attitude and personality are contagious?
I feel so much better, healthier, happier after seeing you on IG. It’s true. No BS here. Love love love the vids! The content doesn’t matter- it is how you break it down sista! Down to earth & then some. If someone grabs my attention and influences me as much as you do on a laptop… my phone… that’s HUGE! I don’t connect easily and I’ve never gone into length & detail about it such as this!! Many, many thanks! You have come through so much! A true survivor and warrior! You ROCK ON girl!! Remember in anytime of doubt, depression, and thinking is this forum really worth it? YES YES YES! We’re out here! We hear you! We wait for the next recipes! And you answer those with questions or what about options? You individually answer with amazing confidence! I am NOT the first to fill up this Comment box, but oh well, I filled it up my way from my heart!
You’re part of my second chance in life!! A lifesaving liver transplant! I have a rare chemical, via toxins by benzene gas. I have been at Stage 4, Cirrhosis over ten years. After having been given 6 months to 18 months to live. AND HERE I AM! Still pushing, keeping faith and encouraging others! Same as you do on a different level! Ok, got these feelings out to you, finally! Yaaaay!
Lynette
