Chips….MADE FROM CHICKEN!
Call me crazy. Call me insane. I don’t care. I’ve been known to make some pretty odd creations like my Chicken Apple Cheesecake and my Cauliflower Cheese….but guess what, they became a hit and so the old saying still stands

This recipe only takes a few simple, clean ingredients using some of my staples like Vital Proteins gelatin (something I take every day for gut health).

• Gluten Free
• Egg Free
• Potato Free
• Low Carb
• High Protein
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked
3/4 cup warm water
2 scoops Vital Proteins gelatin
1/4 cup Otto’s Cassava Flour
2 tsp sea salt (or seasonings of choice)
Directions:
1. Puree chicken and water together, then add gelatin and blend again.
2. Next add cassava flour and salt/seasoning and puree one more time.
3. Line baking sheets with parchment paper, dollop small circles of puree on sheets and flatten each circle with back of spoon (the thinner the better!)
4. Bake @ 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes depending on how thin your circles are.
