Whenever I bake, I always have a purpose. And that purpose is to satisfy a craving without compromising my health. Dare I say this Chocolate Chip Chocolate Bread did just that! Not only did it satisfy my craving, but it’s sure to satisfy in general since it contains a whopping 78g of protein in the entire loaf since I used Evo Hemp’s new 90 protein. It’s super smooth and creamy (unlike their other protein which I also love, but can be a bit gritty). Are you ready to hemp it up?

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup red cacao powder (15% off: lilsipper15)
1/2 cup Evo Hemp 90 (20% off: lilsipper)
1 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp raw honey (keto and candida diets omit)
Pure 100% no sugar chocolate chips to taste ($10 off: lilsipper)
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in stand mixer (or electric hand mixer) until eggs fluff and peaks form.
2. Add remaining ingredients and continue to mix 1 minute.
3. Pour batter into a lined/greased bread loaf pan, top with chocolate chips, and bake @ 350 F for 30 minutes.
*Store in fridge or freezer.
