COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIE BARS!
It’s the best of both worlds when cookie dough + brownies come together as one. And when it’s still healthy, now that’s something to celebrate! These are nut, grain, gluten, and refined sugar free and can easily be made vegan with a few simple swaps! The brownie base itself is fire!

Brownie Base:
1 cup cacao powder (I used THIS ONE – it has a deeper, richer taste, 15% off: lilsipper15)
1 large ripe banana, mashed
2 eggs (use flax eggs for vegans)
Whisk everything to create a batter, bake in a bread loaf pan at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Cookie Dough Layer:
1/2 cup of my Probiotic Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup plain greek yogurt (or apple sauce for vegans / dairy free)
3 Tbsp Organic Sunbutter
Santa Barbara Chocolate unsweetened chips (15% off: lilsipper15)
Mix above ingredients to create a dough, layer over brownie base and refrigerate an hour. Slice and enjoy!
