Well well well….have your hot cocoa and eat it too! Not saying these are like drinking a cup of warm creamy hot cocoa because the fluff factor was unreal! However I’d say these were pretty close to the flavor…and who doesn’t want to eat a pancake (or two) that tastes like hot cocoa?

Pancake Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 level scoops of my Digestive Support Cacao Protein Powder
2 Tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder (15% off: lilsipper15)
1 tsp baking soda
Toppings:
Melted Hu Kitchen gems
Greek yogurt (dairy free sub for coconut cream)
Air Fryer Method:
1. In a blender (I used my blendtec twister jar, 25% off: lilsipper), blend pancakes ingredients then transfer 1/3 of batter into a ramekin greased with coconut oil. Set your air fryer at 400 F and bake for 8 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Microwave method:
1. In a blender (I used my blendtec twister jar, 25% off: lilsipper), blend pancakes ingredients then transfer 1/3 of batter into a ramekin greased with coconut oil. Microwave dish for 1 minute on high and allow to cool before removing pancake.
