Makes 4 muffins
Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 scoops of my Probiotic Cacao Protein Powder
Optional:
Unsweetened chocolate chips to taste (15% off: lilsipper)
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. Whisk first 4 ingredients with an electric or stand mixer, then stir in desired amount of chocolate chips (if using).
3. Transfer batter into 4 muffin tins and bake for 12 minutes.

The protein powder acts as a flour and without it the recipe will not work. Other protein powders such as whey or collagen won’t work because they dissolve in liquid, unlike Nuzest which “bulk” up and gives body.
