Remember those Teddy Grahams back in the day? These pretty much are a replica (minus the gluten, carbs, sugars, and chemicals LOL) Plus they’re high in plant protein! Win win! When I have challenges, I get even more creative cuz there’s really no limits with me!….These will definitely be made on the regular!

Ready in 10 minutes (including prep time!)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup rich cacao powder (I used Santa Barbara Red Cacao – 15% off: lilsipper15)
2 scoops my Digestive Probiotic Cacao Protein
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsps coconut oil, melted
4 Tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients then add coconut oil and water and mix well. With hands, form into one large ball and roll with rolling pin in between 2 sheets of parchment paper then cut into squares with a pizza cutter.
2. Bake @ 350 F for 4-5 minutes (watch carefully) then allow to cool. The cooling process allows them to get crispy! *Store in a container (if there’s any leftovers lol)
Hope you enjoy these as much as I did! See you on Instagram! @lilsipper
This looks yummm! Wondering if I could sub collagen with protein powder?
No sorry. It must be Nuzest
I presume you’ll get a bunch of inquiries similar, if not exact, to mine, but. . . .
. . . .I currently have the natural flavor of Nuzest powder. I know this will affect the “chocolate” factor of the recipe, but, from what you already know, is there any way I could “tweak” your recipe to still make these with what I already have on hand? Also, another silly culinary question: what purpose does the coconut oil serve?
Thank you so much, Bethany. I pray that you are recovering from any ailments you might be afflicted with. You are a Blessing!!
I also would like to use Nuzest powder 🙂
coconut oil it helps bind it and Nuzest must be used. 🙂
Yum! Thanks for another great recipe =)
