Savory. Salty. Fluffy. Flakey. Warm biscuits right from the oven is pretty much what you NEED. Not to mention these “2-ingredient” biscuits are 100%:
• Nut Free
• Seed Free
• Grain Free
• Gluten Free
• Egg Free
…..and Yeast Free!
The tang from Nancy’s cottage cheese is the perfect addition to these clouds of joy! And since they’re egg free, you don’t have to worry about contamination in your kitchen or if they’re “done enough.” Perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas which is right around the corner, but why wait? I mean, do you really need a reason to make these?
Makes 4-6 depending on size.
Ingredients:
1 cup Otto’s Cassava Flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1½ cups Nancy’s cottage cheese OR 1 cup Nancy’s plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add cottage cheese and mix until it forms a dough.
2. Divide dough into desired size and shape and bake @ 350 F for about 15 minutes or until outside begins to brown.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on THIS POST what you would spread on these…see ya on the gram!

Can I freeze and thaw as needed? Thank you I love your insta and blog!!

Loved these! I did 1C otto cassava flour and 1.5C greek yogurt. The only thing I would change next time is seasoning because they are bland. Some salt and pepper/paprika would do wonders! They came out fantastic though! thank you! xoxo

Did you pat the dough into shape or roll it out? How thick was it when you cut the biscuits? So glad I found your blog! Yeast is not my friend!

Can I use milk instead of cottage cheese or yogurt?

If we don’t have a gluten allergy do you think this would work with sprouted whole wheat flour?
Bethany says
I’m sure it would but the measurements might be off
