When you realize Snickerdoodle Chocolate Cups exist. Just when I thought Delighted By Hummus brownie batter was top, I discover their Snickerdoodle dip. This is not only peanut free, but entirely NUT FREE, vegan, and all you need are 2 ingredients!
Ingredients:
Chocolate of choice for melting (I used Santa Barbara Chocolate’s 100% cacao chocolate ($10 off: lilsipper) no sugar – just 1 ingredient, cacao mass!)
Delighted By Hummus Snickerdoodle hummus
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and pour into mini cup cake tins 1/3 full. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Place hummus in center of cups (make sure it’s not touching sides) and pour enough chocolate to cover. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
