Did you know Tahini is packed with calcium and is often recommenced to the elderly to help them strengthen their bones? I may not be a senor yet, but I feel like retiring after this past weekend.
Ingredients:
1-2 packs of Right Foods Organic Thick Cut Home-style Oats
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (try my 1-ingredient coconut milk!)
1 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp Maca Powder (it gives a “caramel” flavor)
1 tsp sea salt (do not leave out!)
Melted chocolate
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except melted chocolate in a mason jar and shake.
2. Place in fridge to sit overnight.
3. In the morning, drizzle with chocolate and additional tahini if desired, and top with any nuts of choice (I used hazelnuts).
