The easiest, quickest VEGAN, gluten free, and NUT FREE Chocolate Chip Cookies you’ll ever make! These babies are ready in under 15 minutes (including prep!)…that is, if they actually make it to the oven! I made these last week and am ready for another batch…..and sorry guys, don’t ask how long these stay good for…I wouldn’t know after 24 hours!
Ingredients:
1, 15 oz. can of organic chickpeas, drained & rinsed
2 Tbsp organic Sunbutter
2 Tbsp raw honey or vegan alt.
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 pack of Right Foods Organic Chia Crunch Oats
Chocolate chips/chunks/bar of choice
Makes 7-10 cookies
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients except chocolate in a food processor until
smooth. You may need to add 1-2 Tbsp water to help blend (but I didn’t
need to).
2. Stir in chocolate pieces and bake for 7-10 minutes at 350 F.
