How can 6 ingredients turn into a “Peanut Butter” Stuffed Cheesecake Chocolate Pound Cake? …and yes, it’s healthy! Good for the gut, good for the soul. This was my first time trying this idea to stuff a bread, and not too bad first time around. The inside sank a little after baked, but I’d still call it a win!

For the bread, I used my trusty 4 Ingredient Hemp Brownie recipe.
Filling Ingredients:
1/2 cup thick greek yogurt (for dairy free use my coconut yogurt recipe)
2 Tbsp organic Sunbutter
Method:
1. Make bread batter per instructions in THIS POST and fill a lined brad loaf pan halfway with batter.
2. Mix greek yogurt and Sunbutter well and carefully layer on top of bread batter, making sure filling doesn’t touch the sides of the pan.
3. Fill with remaining bread batter and bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely (best if refrigerated a few hours) then slice.

Bethany, my kiddo saw this photo and asked me to make it today. He rarely likes anything “healthy” for him but this looks indulgent enough for him to not worry over the “good for you” benefit. I can’t wait to try it!
