I made this Vanilla Shake in my Instagram stories (I hope you caught it!) and the creamy THICKNESS was unreal! In case you haven’t guessed, I used the magic of sweet potatoes (white version this time) to get that texture (and Vital Proteins collagen also helps). Gut health on fleek yo.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen white sweet potato (pre-roasted)
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
1/2 frozen banana
7 oz Nancy’s Yogurt plain Greek yogurt
2 soaked Medjool dates
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
1. Blend everything in a high speed blender (I used my Vitamix) then stir in 1 Tbsp (or more!) of Santa Barbara Chocolate’s red cacao powder. ($10 off: lilsipper) DONE!
