4-minute, no bake vegan cake! (hey, that rhymed!) If you’re craving cake, you could literally make this in under 5 minutes! Don’t waste your money or time driving to the store when you get the urge for cake when you can 1) spend less and 2) make one in less time!….plus it’s actually good for you!
Ingredients:
1, 15 oz can of organic black beans, drained & rinsed
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 scoops of my Probiotic Cacao Protein
4 Tbsp Santa Barbara cacao powder ($10 off: lilsipper)
1 Tbsp Flora Health Beet Crystals
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses, honey, or yacon syrup
1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a food processor (I used my Black and Decker 8-cup processor) for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Batter should be thick like dough.
2. Place batter in desired dish OR you can form on a plate (it’s that thick!) into desired shape! *If you refrigerate an hour it will firm up more for a more “shapeable” consistency. Enjoy!
p.s. I also topped it with berries and coconut whipped cream and ate it with bananas. Great recipe. God Bless You!
