Broccoli pesto never tasted so good…and all on a cauliflower crust! Say what?! I seriously could just eat the pesto alone. However, I had some Caulipower plain crust in my freezer so I just had to make a pizza with it….and dare I say, it was flippin’ bomb!
Pesto Ingredients:
2 cups lightly steamed broccoli (measure after steaming)
1 heaping Tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin powder
1-2 garlic cloves
Himalayan salt to taste
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
2. Bake Caulipower plain crust at 350 F for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread pesto on crust and top with your favorite pizza toppings.
*Option to place back in oven a few minutes just to warm the toppings
or enjoy immediately!
