Who craves brownies in the morning? You too? Ok, good, I’m glad I’m not the only one! haha So instead of grabbing a doughnut on the way to work, prep this jar of (healthy) BROWNIE BATTER overnight oats! It’s like eating batter for breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (try my 30 second Sunbutter Milk or my 1-Ingredient Coconut Milk!)
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 scoop of my Probiotic Cacao Digestive Support Protein
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and place in fridge overnight (if you can wait that long!). Mixture will be thick, like a batter, in the morning!
