Cappuccino Vegan Protein Truffles! Whoever said eating healthy needs to be boring?

I believe you NEED variety to keep things fresh and interesting…like these vegan cappuccino protein truffles! Soy free. Gluten free. Vegan. High protein. No sugar…and, oh yea, they’re flippn’ bomb! DO IT!
Makes 6-8 truffles
Ingredients:
3 scoops (38g) of Nuzest USA’s Cappuccino Protein (code: lilsipper)
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup cold brew coffee (or water)
2 Tbsp Sunbutter
Chocolate of choice to melt

Directions:
1. Mix protein powder with coconut flour in a large bowl, then add coffee and Sunbutter and mix well (use hands to knead)2. Form in to balls and place in freezer while you melt the chocolate.

3. Melt chocolate of choice then coat balls. Place balls back in freezer (on a plate lined with wax paper) for 20 minutes or until chocolate has hardened. BAM!
