I can’t believe it, but the season is here! All the fall and winter baking is right around the corner (my favorite time of year!). So with that said, I wanted to share a few things that will be staples during the hustle and bustle of the baking season!
• Halloween
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Years
….these holidays are in plain view (crazy to think!) and everything listed below can be used for them all! Below are some of my pantry staples for baking.
Santa Barbara Chocolate bulk chocolate / powder (15% off: lilsipper15)
– Unsweetened cacao powder
– Unsweetened chocolate discs
– Unsweetened chocolate chips
Hu Kitchen Chocolate Bars (15% off: lilsipper)
Vital Proteins Grass-Fed Gelatin

Sprouted Oats (for making oat flour)
Why Sprouted Food Is Better For Digestion
Date Syrup (I love using this instead of raw honey since the nutrients in dates / date syrup can withstand high heat as opposed to raw honey which, when heated, the enzymes are killed in the honey so it defeats the purpose of using raw honey in anything baked)
Coconut Butter (I love this brand)
Cashew Butter (also great for making my 30 second milk!)
Organic Sunbutter (great for anyone with nut allergies)

Try making my GREEN BREAD for a spooky surprise for halloween or get festive during Christmas with all the green and top with red berries!
