When it’s hot out, the last thing you want to do is bake (and let’s face it, I’m lazy! lol). And the best part about this No Bake Fudge Cake is that I used Evo Hemp’s bars as the crust (such a hack and I’m all about hemp – it helps reduce inflammation!). So get on this yo!
Crust Ingredients:
2 Evo Hemp bars (20% off: lilsipper)
Filling Ingredients:
My Butternut Fudge recipe
Toppings:
Raw walnut pieces
Evo Hemp’s hemp hearts (20% off: lilsipper)
Directions:
1. Crumble up both Evo Hemp bars and press down firmly into a small dish (I used my mini springform pan.)
2. Pour my Butternut Squash Fudge recipe into dish and top with walnuts. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
3. Release edges of pan (if using) / cut into dish and release your cake, then top with hemp hearts.
