There’s a heat wave over here, and the last thing I want to do is turn on my oven! (ok, I’m also lazy haha) I made these Cake Batter Balls in less than 5 minutes! Really!
This was another recipe I was testing for Radio Amy as a challenge, and me oh my! Let’s just say I need to get challenged more often cuz these delicious Batter Balls were the result!

Makes 9-10 Tbsp sized balls
Ingredients:
2 scoops of my Nuzest x Digestive Support Vanilla Protein
3 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp coconut oil (curious about the health benefits? Check this post!)
2 Tbsp coconut butter
Directions:
1. Mix protein powder and coconut flour in a large bowl, then add water and mix again.
-
Melt coconut oil and coconut butter together, then add it to the bowl and stir all ingredients until well incorporated and it becomes a thick crumble.
-
With hands or a tablespoon, create balls by compressing batter to it sticks. *Option to incorporate sprinkles (I added Let’s Do Organic to the top only) throughout dough or just on top.
-
refrigerate at least 1 hour to firm. Serve and enjoy!
