Sorry not sorry. I did it again! But this WHITE SWEET POTATO shake deserved a post, cuz it was flippin’ bomb! If you haven’t yet put sweet potatoes (any color) in your smoothie then you must must must! The creaminess is unreal. Plus Vital Proteins collagen obviously helps. Swap a banana for a sweet potato and it will change your smoothie game! …FYI – this is more like a shake then a smoothie cuz it’s soooo THICK and creamy!
* = roasted/steamed first, then frozen.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen *white sweet potato
1/2 cup frozen *cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen papaya
7 oz Nancy’s Yogurt plain Greek
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen
1/2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
Directions:
1. Blend everything in a high speed blender (I used my Vitamix) until smooth and creamy.
2. Then…stir in extra cacao powder….duh!
