These can’t be called “fries” anymore since they’re not fried. So….I’m calling these potato sticks. (who saw them in my Instagram stories?) ALLLLLL ‘dem deets below.

Ingredients:
New White Potatoes (they’re are healthier and easier to digest than russet)
Avocado or coconut oil spray
Directions:
1. Wash, cut, and lightly spray potatoes with oil then place in air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 F. Done!
