There’s absolutely NO refined sugar, oil, gluten, or eggs in this full-proof vegan cookie dough…and did I mention you can actually bake with it? (but who are we kidding here?)
MUST MAKE NOW! (and i bet you already have all the ingredients!)
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1/2 cup almond butter (any nut butter will do)
1/4 cup raw honey or date syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder (if baking)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda (if baking)
1/2 tsp Hymilaian pink sea salt
Unsweetened chocolate chips to taste
Directions:
1. In a high speed blender or food processor (I used my Vitamix) process all ingredients except chocolate chips until batter is smooth.
2. Stir in chocolate chips with a spoon.
*I actually made cookie bars with this exact recipe (will post those soon!…but until then, enjoy this batter “dip” with your fav Netflix!)
