Fresh cauliflower rice is just what this bold & pungent BBQ tempeh called for. If you haven’t made your own Cauliflower Rice, then DO IT!
Chop raw cauliflower into manageable pieces and place in a food processor. Process until it resembles rice. Done!
Can be eaten raw but it’s also great sauteed with veggies and soy sauce like “fried rice”. Sooo good!

Healthy BBQ Sauce:
1 cup water
6 oz tomato paste
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 Tbsp Blackstrap Molasses
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp onion or garlic powder
1 Tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1️. In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients on low and stir well until everything is smooth and no lumps are present. Refrigerate in a mason jar up to 2 weeks.
