Ingredients:
2 cups lightly steamed broccoli (measure after steaming)
1 heaping Tbsp Sunbutter
5 raw asparagus stalks
1 fresh garlic clove
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Himalayan sea salt to taste
Directions:
1. In a blender (I used my Blendtec Twister Jar – 20% off: lilsipper), puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Use pesto on pizza, as a dip, or even as a pasta sauce! So good!
