Coffee BLOCKS are back! Last time I made these were back in November 2016! I used to make these weekly, and not sure why I stopped honestly lol.
WHAT ARE “COFFEE BLOCKS”?
Similar to “fat balls”, I created these yummy gummies for instant energy! Ideally, you pop 3-6 (depending on the size) in your mouth right before the gym instead of downing an unhealthy energy drink. I personally can’t workout on stomach full of food or I’ll get cramps, so these work perfectly!
The instant energy comes from the healthy fats as well as the coffee, plus they’re full of protein and GUT HEALTH from the gelatin!
Ingredients:
12 oz. hot coffee
1 Tbsp grass-fed ghee
1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsps Further Food grass-fed gelatin
Superboost (optional):
1 tsp Sun Potion’s Cordyceps
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients then pour into silicone molds.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
