Get these ingredients….and DO IT!
Ingredients:
7 oz plain greek yogurt
1 cup frozen papaya
1 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
1 pack/scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides
1 pack/scoop Vital Proteins organic bone broth protein (beef or chicken)
1 Tbsp cacao powder

1) Blend above ingredients until smooth (I use my Vitamix) then stir in 1 extra Tbsp cacao powder.
*Option to stick it in the freezer for a while (if you know what I mean) or enjoy immediately.
