Food can be a stresser if you have digestive issues, so what I like to do is make a bunch of things I know I can eat, and bring it to parties for everyone to partake. That way, it eases my mind and I know there will be at least a few things there I can eat myself and I don’t feel embarrassed or “the black sheep” from the group. People will just think you’re being super generous by bringing 5 dishes but we all know it’s for us – Haha (and that’s ok).
So this last minute post came just in time if you need a last minute meal, dessert, or snack idea for the long weekend ahead!
