I’ve made this two days in a row and no shame. It’s so dang good! Bone Broth shakes…that’s what’s up, yo.
I used Vital Proteins Organic Bone Broth Collagen (it helps so much to heal your gut and also makes your smoothie super fluffy!) plus their grass-fed gelatin (helps with digestion and gives your smoothie some “body”…know what I mean?)
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen cauli (pre-steamed)
1/2 cup frozen purple sweet potato (pre-roasted)
1/2 cup frozen cherries
7 oz greek yogurt
2 scoops Vital Proteins Bone Broth Collagen
1/2 scoop Vital Proteins Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin
Directions:
1. Blend everything together and enjoy that goodness! (option to put it in the freezer for a smoothie cookie!)
