Finally! The recipe for the SPROUTED HUMMUS I made in my Instagram stories last week! (oh and it’s nut free for all those with allergies). This is a great way to incorporate the amazing benefits of sprouted foods! I admit, I don’t do it enough, but when I do I feel ah-maz-ing! Happy snacking!
Ingredients:
2 cups sprouted chickpeas (canned will also work)
1/2 cup organic Sunbutter
4 raw garlic cloves
1/4 cup Fire Cider (discount: lilsipper)
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides
Sea salt to taste
Directions:
1. Blend everything together until smooth. Done! How easy was that?
