Here it is! One version of the Sweet Potato Smoothie I always make in my stories…and that VOLUMIZED protein nut buttah (or in this case, seed butter)! Instead of banana, use sweet potato in your smoothie! (game changer!)
I put it in a bowl instead of that random cup, this way you can see all the glory! Get on this yo!
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen (pre-cooked) sweet potato
Handful of frozen (raw) zucchini
4-5 frozen cherries
7 oz plain greek yogurt
2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1 Tbsp yacon syrup
2 scoops of Further Food collagen (15% off: lilsipper)
Protein Nut Buttah Ingredients:
1 scoop of my Probiotic Vanilla Protein Powder
water
1 Tbsp of Organic Sunbutter
Directions:
1. First, mix Nuzest with droplets of water (literally!) until becomes like an “oatmeal” consistency.
2. Next, mix in Sunbutter until well incorporated. You’ve now got flippin’ VOLUMIZED protein buttah!
